The name Pändabär originated from the CEO’s nickname. As a child she was often called Bear and in adulthood she was given the name Panda for her love of black and white attire.

The umlauted ‘a’ is pronounced like the ‘a’ in the word father, making the pronunciation into, Pahn-dah-bahr. Our brand name is a play on the word panda, and bear. Bar is another word for line which represents the thick line work used throughout our clothing designs.

We do not have a brick and mortar building that we sell clothing from, but our home base is in Colorado, USA.

Please contact Customer Service before you send a return or we can not guarantee your return will be tracked properly. You have 30 days to return an item for a full refund if the item is in the same condition in which you received it and in its original packaging.
